3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Whereego. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.

If you are submitting a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information on behalf of that business (e.g., as an owner, manager, or authorized representative).

4. User Submissions & Content

Users may submit content to Whereego through various means, including the "Add a Business" form, the contact form, or correction/feedback requests. When you submit content, you agree to the following:

• You confirm that you have the rights and/or permission to provide the information submitted.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide.
• Whereego may review, edit, reformat, or restructure submitted content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with our directory standards.
• Whereego reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at its discretion, without prior notice.
• By submitting content, you grant Whereego a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the platform and its services.

Business listings on Whereego must adhere to the following guidelines:

• One submission per location: Each submission must represent one physical location (one unique address). Businesses with multiple branches must submit each location separately.
• Accurate information: All submitted details (name, address, hours, phone, amenities) must be accurate and verifiable. Do not submit misleading or fabricated information.
• No spam or promotional abuse: Listings must describe the business factually. Avoid marketing language, exaggerated claims, or keyword stuffing.
• No impersonation: Do not submit listings for businesses you do not represent or own unless you have explicit authorization.
• No illegal content: Do not submit content that promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• No review manipulation: Do not attempt to influence or fabricate visitor reviews on Whereego.

The Whereego name, logo, website design, page layouts, and original content are the intellectual property of Whereego and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Whereego for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the platform content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform at scale.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Use Whereego branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.
